This is pretty ridiculous...for reals...I dunno why I've been sitting here wondering if chat will ever come back... I've resigned to the fact that I think TJ totally fooled us all into thinking it will come back. LAME

I really do think that a lot of people put a lot of money and shit into helping bring chat back, and it's kind of a slap in the face to everyone who donated to have nothing happen... And I mean I remember when chat was around last time..this place was booming with activity... /my 2 cents

EffinDork Moderator Online 79 XP 25241 Posts	I lost interest in chat a long time ago and never did donate for the "cause" so to speak but I do understand Tony's frustration of being told it was coming back and it still hasn't. As a Moderator, I've been asked alot about chat and I genuinely feel that we could get alot more NEW members and keep them and other members around alot longer if we did offer the chat. With network sites like Fubar and Facebook and the like, it's hard to beat their competition and keep newcomer's interest when really all we offer here that is somewhat different are the nude photos. I stick around here because I've been here alot of years and I have alot of friends here that I've grown to enjoy talking to and interacting with on a daily basis and I prefer my Facebook to stay more for my real life friends and family members. I donate to the site because I've known TJ alot of years and I respect all the work that he's put into this site to keep it around for all of us hardcore members. But I see this site dying a lil bit more each day and it's sad because we have the potential to keep being a kickass site, we just have to keep old and new members interested enough to stay and hang out. Give them things to do that they don't necessarily get to do on all the other sites and they'll stay and they'll eventually donate as well. I understand as much as the next person that it takes money to run a site, but not everyone is going to donate money just out of the goodness of their heart and because they like the owner. They are only going to donate if there is something here to keep them around. /my 2 cents
