Reading over the recent forum posts it sounds like you guys reeeeaaaalllly need better topics lol. So as much said, ON TO THE CASE!
You are allowed to ask as many questions are you like, however you are only allowed to ask questions which will give you the answer of: Yes, No, Yes and No, Uknown, Define or Irrelevant.
The Case:
A car driven by a drunken man collides with a limo on a busy street. Miraculously, the limo driver and his passenger are not critically injured, and the driver of the car walks away unhurt. Nevertheless, the drunken man is later arrested for negligent homicide.
The Mystery:
On what grounds was the drunken driver arrested?

Its kinda like Attempted Murder in a way because he was drunk and he knows very well before he drove or started drinking, that you can kill someone by driving drunk. The fact that he could have killed them is just simply enough. I dont know the technical reasons but that pretty much sums it up to me. |

Intoxicating - Q: Its kinda like Attempted Murder in a way because he was drunk and he knows very well before he drove or started drinking, that you can kill someone by driving drunk. The fact that he could have killed them is just simply enough. I dont know the technical reasons but that pretty much sums it up to me.
